McCamment Alley has never had more use than three cars. It cannot bear more usage or additional cars, which is a critical factor when understanding the existing conditions at 817 Orange Grove Place and its neighbors. The developer has proposed a driveway linking the street and alley; basically, a thoroughfare loading more traffic onto McCamment Alley.
Videos show both entering and exiting McCamment Alley and illustrate the dangerous egress due to traffic on Orange Grove Avenue and the Gold Line Crossing.
The videos show the dangerous conditions resulting from both the City’s lack of maintenance and by the encroachment into the alley where it meets Orange Grove Avenue.

It seems absurd to bring more traffic here, as it is a blind curve for Gold Line trains.
